'For movies to cut through to the average Joe and punter like me – there has to be a significant body count AND the director has to deliver the body count on screen. The reason Tarantino didn't win a Best Pic Oscar for INGLOURIOUS BASTERDS this year is because he promised us 100 Nazis scalps and didn't give us 100 Nazis scalps. And they busted the best character out of jail – then he got knocked off. Big mistake.'
